ONLINE COURSES
Your Guide to Scrupulosity (Religious OCD)
Do you want to learn more about scrupulosity?
This comprehensive online course includes 5 hours of video lecture with Dr. McClendon sharing years of research, writing, and client experiences. It will also walk you through exercises for self-help OCD treatment.
Dr. McClendon would like you to consider purchasing this online scrupulosity course. It is a great resource to go ahead and get started on treatment—you can start making therapy progress today with Dr. McClendon teaching and leading you through the course content. The course introduces much of what she teaches in session, so it is a good start and reference point throughout the therapy process and saves time in session (which ultimately saves you money as you will need fewer therapy sessions). Don’t just watch the course videos for general information, pause the videos and work on the exercises when she introduces them. Spend time practicing the exercises. For best results, touch your therapy work in some way every day. Then, when you meet with Dr. McClendon, you will be better prepared for therapy and can maximize your in-session time with her by focusing on what you need to continue to personalize the treatment and work any stuck points.
If you are a parent of a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that is struggling with scrupulosity, please know that many parents have been able to get approval from their child's Mission President to work through this online course while they are still serving in the field. This has been a mission-saving resource for some missionaries, and is a good adjunct to treatment for those who may need to return home.

Commitment to the Covenant:
Strengthening the 'Me', 'We', and 'Thee' of Marriage
In recent decades, prophets have repeatedly emphasized how a strong marriage and family is the basis of a robust society; they have counseled and warned of the many modern obstacles that can erode a healthy family life. This book draws on inspiring personal stories, research from sociology and psychology, and doctrines of the gospel of Jesus Christ to present key principles that, when applied, will help a marriage thrive.
